Specification:
1. Suitable for straight co***ct busbar 630A~2500A, single layer, length 1.5~6m
2. Automatic end alignment, clamping and moving controlled by PLC
3. Manual riveting: two pieces or four pieces riveters depending on customer¡¯s busbar type (two piece requires one piece riveter or four piece requires two pieces riveters);

1. The semi-automatic busbar production line can realize automatic clamping from left to right and down to up which is convenient for drilling and riveting.
2. The production line is flexibly co***tible,suitable for busbar with width 74.5mm-350mm.
3. The electrical control system can clamp at the same time or separately.
4. The semi-automatic busbar assembly line is a cost-effictive production line and more stable which can decrease the NG rate and labour cost and increase the working efficiency.
5. The clamping is powered by air compressor 5-8***, which only comsumes the air when operation and is more environment-friendly co***ring with the electrical comsumption of oil pressure. |
